Scheduling an appointment is easy!
1: Select category, then select service. Select an available appointment date and time (You may also select the first available date/time listed. If needed, we can later adjust the appointment to an earlier date and time).
2: Enter your name, phone number and email address. Then review and complete the required intake screening questions. (If an initial scheduling change is desired, please note that in the "additional information" field.
3. Receive your confirmation. This will also be sent to your email address.
Based on the information you provide, you will receive a cost estimate in a separate email. You are required to accept the estimate for final confirmation of your scheduled appointment.
